The Omni-Spring Hug Pillow measures approximately 9” x 15” and weighs about 5 pounds. The HUGGY Pillow is filled with locally distributed cleaned field corn, herbs and essential oils.

This size is perfect for reclining with it on your neck & back for relaxation, good for shoulder pain and discomfort and moldable to whatever body part aches to provide the perfect weight distribution.

The 5-pound weight is just enough to soften your shoulder tension, loosen up your achy muscles and provide a sense of comfort, security and pure relaxation.

HOW TO USE

To soothe achy or cramping, sore areas of your body heat your HUGGY Pillow in the microwave for about 3 minutes. (microwaves may vary – test heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved – generally 3 minutes) When heated you have 3-4 hours of heat to enjoy. Or, heat all night LONG when placed in your bed to warm your toes!

Place the corn bag in the freezer and it will be ready to use the next time you've overdone your workout, gardening or household chores. The cold therapy will help to calm your inflamed, sore muscles, tissues. After about 30 minutes of the cold therapy warm your HUGGY pillow in the microwave and relax and unwind. A reusable food grade bag is included with your purchase. This bag will help to keep the freezer smells out of your HUGGY pillow. 24 hours in the freezer is 2.5 hours of subtle coolness. (NO MORE INTENSE ICE PACK COLD) *times may vary depending on ambient temperature conditions
