Omni-Spring's Bolster pillow offers rounded support. Perfect for neck and lower back when looking for a counter pressure when working out those aches and pains. Some customers use this pillow while laying on the floor to more easily comfort pain points along the spine, neck, tail bones or even hips.

The Bolster pillow may help relieve headaches if caused by tight neck and shoulder muscles. 

Flaxseeds retain the moist, warm heat better than other fillers. So good!!

• May be used warm or cool. Warm in microwave at 30 second intervals, until desired temperature is reached, not to exceed 2 minutes total heat time. To use cool, chill in freezer until ready to use.
