Place Omni-Spring Eye Pillow over your eyes for rest and relaxation. Some customers enjoy using the eye pillow for meditation, yoga practice, blocking out the light for a restful sleep, or just simply enjoying a few moments to relax.
Heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals (microwaves may vary – test heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved – generally 90 seconds) or place in the freezer. When placing it in the freezer put the eye pillow in a plastic bag so it does not absorb freezer odors. A reusable food grade bag is included with your purchase. *Duration length of warmth or coolness may vary depending on ambient temperature conditions.

Red Plaid Flannel Eye Pillow
I ordered this to use during migraines. At first the smell was a bit strong, although smell is heightened during a migraine. I have mine in the freezer. It has worked great. It is the right amount of cold, pressure, smell to help me work thru the pain. I will definitely be ordering another one. I highly recommend this.
