  • Refund policy

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase such as the order number or purchaser's name.

    Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Omni-Spring Pillows, 1205 Evergreen Lane, Wardsville, MO 65101 

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mary@omni-spring.com.

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.


    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  This does not include promoted discounts.  Only items from the Sale Collection.

    Shipping 
    To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1205 Evergreen Lane, Wardsville MO 65101, United States

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
