With a few small exceptions, everything you see on our website is handcrafted.
Each product page has a full ingredient list.
We choose certified organic ingredients whenever possible and some of our products contain 100% organic ingredients; however, we do not yet have our organic certification.
Yes! We do not participate in any animal testing nor do any of our suppliers.
While we only scent with essential oils and dried herbs we do offer several products without any essential oils.
On each product page, you can click "notify me" and sign up to receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay.
In general, we do not offer discounts or coupons and any sites that claim to have Omni-Spring coupons are not valid and should be avoided.
That said, you can grab specials by signing up for our newsletter at the bottom of our site or text the word JOIN +1 (833) 747-0153 to opt in for texts.
You'll also be the first to hear of our site-wide sales which typically happen twice a year.
To minimize paper consumption, we don't include a receipt. Only a packing slip which does not contain any financial information such as the cost of your item(s).
Of course! If the product is designated as a gift, there will be a gift note box that you can type in before you add the item to your cart. Or you can add a note on the bottom of the cart page at check out.
Either way, we'll include a handwritten card in the order. Missed the places to add a note? No worries! Just send us a quick email at mary@omni-spring.com with your order number and the note you'd like us to include.
We're happy to ship as much as you'd like to one location and always offer free US shipping over a certain amount (see the top bar for details). We kindly ask that you place one order for each shipping address.
We don't have a retail store right now, but if you are located in the Jefferson City, MO area we do offer pickup Monday - Thursday from 8am - 4pm excluding major holidays.
Simply choose pickup at checkout and we'll provide instructions when your order is ready.
• First, please know that this happens more often than you would think. We would ask that you start by waiting a few days. Often, a package will get scanned as delivered in error and it will appear after getting marked as delivered.
• Second, check with your neighbors, your apartment building office, or any central place where the package could have been left. Sometimes it is delivered just a door or two down. When in doubt, try to ask the delivery person if they remember where the package was left or if they may have returned it to the post office or to UPS to be picked up.
• If neither of those options are successful, please email us at mary@omni-spring.com with your order number and a quick note of what you have tried so we can see what we can do to help.
If you are ordering a large quantity of items for your office or church, please email us and we can discuss a discount.
Depending on what you choose at check out, your order will ship via USPS First Class (for very small packages), USPS Priority Mail, or UPS.
Generally, we prefer to ship via USPS and may upgrade your order. We offer upgrades shopping services at check out in case you are in a super-duper big hurry!
We currently ship to the US. And plan to add Canada soon. Please note that any shipments traveling outside the US will have additional brokerage and import / taxes due when the package crosses the border. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to estimate fees in advance of shipping.
We are currently shipping orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please understand that during the holidays, there may be a delay.
Once your order ships, UPS or USPS should provide an estimated arrival date. Please keep in mind that carrier-related delays may occur that are outside our control. Additionally, there are always delays in transit time during the busy holiday seasons.

We encourage you to contact us before purchase if you have any questions about the product or any of our policies. We want you to love it!
Should you wish to return your product, please do so prior to 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. New, unused condition means no stains, no smells (including perfume/cologne), no hair or fur, or other signs of use. If an item is returned and is not in new condition, we reserve the right to ship the item back at the customer's cost.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for original shipping costs.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
While we can't be responsible for items damaged in transit, please email us with the details and photos so we can try to make it right – mary@omni-spring.com.
• Please note that to proceed with filing a damage claim with a carrier, we will need photos of the interior and exterior of the package showing the damage and you will be required to complete a form online.
