How long does it take to process an order?
Your order is processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During the holidays and sales, your order is processed within 3-4 days due to higher volume.
Do you ship to Canada?
YES! We do ship to Canada. However, should the package arrive and there are additional VAT or duty fees that need to be paid, the receiver in Canada is responsible for those fees and any taxes associated.
What shipping methods do you offer Canadian residents?
We offer USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Express Mail International.
- We strongly recommend Priority mail shipping as this is the most cost effective and speedy service for our clients.
- This method also automatically includes insurance for us to $100 of your purchase.
If you choose USPS First Class International shipping, it can take 15-30 business days depending on where in Canada you live. Please note that insurance is NOT INCLUDED for USPS First Class.
- This means if something happens to your package after I have given it to the post office (the package is damaged, lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc.), the USPS will not replace it.
- You assume all risks of loss or damage if you choose USPS First Class
How long does shipping usually take?
It depends, since the pandemic we have noticed a slightly slower delivery time in the United States and Canada. While your order may leave Omni-Spring in 2-3 business days, the USPS are doing their best to deliver packages on time, but they are experiencing some delays in getting them to you.
What shipping methods do you offer for US residents?
For US residents, we currently offer USPS services. Single items like the eye pillows and the sinus pillows will ship First Class. Larger items and orders over $50 ship USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail does include $100 insurance and all packages include tracking.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Absolutely! As someone who's had many family members (including our son-in-law - Air Force and my father - Army) in the military, we ship to all APO/FPO addresses. I want our military members to feel loved and comforted to - and what better way than to have an American made product nearby. They are given the same shipping options as those for any US resident!
Do you offer tracking services?
Once your order is packaged for shipment with a shipping label, tracking information will be sent to your email. It may take 12-24 hours for USPS shipping to update your tracking information.
Do you provide gift notes for orders sent as a gift?
YES! If your purchase is a gift, you can leave a message in the "note" section prior to check out. We will gladly leave a card inside the package for the recipient.
Christmas Shipping Information for 2020
This year we ask that if you are having orders shipped to a loved one in the US for the holidays - please place the order online before DECEMBER 1ST to guarantee a Christmas delivery.
CANADIAN ORDERS - we recommend ordering within the first or second week of November. Any later and you might not receive your order before Christmas.
