1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Currently, we only ship to the United States, the Armed Forces and US territories. We ship with USPS and use First Class Package shipping and Priority Mail Shipping both of these services provide tracking information. When your package is shipped you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information. Shipping is FREE on orders over $40. We occasionally run special offers when shipping is free for all orders. For example on Black Friday.
2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from right here in the USA. Our business REALLY does exist in the United States - Missouri to be exact. We appreciate you supporting our small business.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each item is customized and handmade. Our processing time is 2-3 days. Deliveries take 4-7 days depending on shipping zones. Orders of more than one item ship Priority Mail which usually takes 2-4 days. Most customers have their purchases within 10 days of order placement. Please see our reviews regarding our quick turnaround. We are not Amazon and don't want to be - but we work quickly to get your specialized purchase to you as quickly as possible.
4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET! WHY??
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in an area where it simply takes a bit longer than usual. You can email email@example.com, we can help by contacting USPS and file a service request to investigate the delay - Generally speaking USPS has been doing a great job - no packages lost....yet! :-)
5. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend buying the items 2-3 weeks early at a minimum to when the holiday is happening. There is a slight risk of the item not arriving there on time. But why risk it?? We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
